About St. Mary's College, Puthanangadi
St. Mary’s College, located in Puthanangadi, Malappuram, Kerala, is an educational institution established by the Sons of the Immaculate Conception (CFIC). The congregation, founded by Blessed Luigi Maria Monti in 1857 in Rome with a mission to educate and uplift youth, began its mission in India in 1973. St. Mary’s College was officially inaugurated on June 17, 1996, and is housed within Luigi Bhavan, which was established in 1990 under the Diocese of Thamarassery. It represents the first educational institution of CFIC in India, dedicated to promoting quality education and holistic development.
